How long is your processing time after I place my order?

Currently, our processing time is 1-2 weeks. Once your item ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking. All goods are sent via USPS 3-5 day mail. If you do not receive a tracking number or shipment confirmation email and it has been over 2 weeks since you placed you order, please reach out to agaveswim@gmail.com for an update!

How do I know which size is best for me? 

We have a Size Guide located HERE for a quick reference. And individual fit notes on each style. This size guide only includes basic measurements and does not take into account breast cup size etc. However, our swimwear is pretty true to size. If you have any questions or want more measurements/information before placing your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are alway happy to help!

I placed my order, but I changed my mind. Can I cancel? 

If your order was placed within the last 6 hours, you can reach out via email to agaveswim@gmail.com for a cancellation request. After that time frame, we cannot guarantee a cancellation can be processed if we already started working on your handmade creation.

Can I return or exchange my items? 

On certain styles and orders, we will offer an even exchange. Cost of shipping the item back to us is paid by the purchasing customer. Please read our full Refund Policy HERE to see if you qualify for a return/exchange.

What is the best way to care for my bikinis? 

To help your bikinis last, and retain their vibrant color, we recommend rinsing immediately after use. If your bikini has been exposed to chlorine, we recommend washing in warm water with a light detergent. After washing, you can hang to dry. Avoid drying in the sun, as this can cause the color to fade quicker. Also, try to avoid sitting on rough surfaces like pool edges to avoid damage to the fabric.
