Refund policy

Final Sale/Size Exchange Only:

Please note when you are purchasing, that all sales are final. However, we will offer exchanges for a different size or style if needed. Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value. All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and exchanges will only be processed if the item is un-worn with hygienic liners in place and tags still attached.  In the event you need to make an exchange, please contact us via the Contact Form on the website, or send an email to agaveswim@gmail.com. From there, we can determine the type of exchange needed. Shipping items back will be at the buyer's expense, and no shipping fees from the previous purchase will be refunded. 

READY TO SHIP ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Defective/Wrong Item:

If you think you have received an item that has a maker error, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. You can email agaveswim@gmail.com. Be sure to send photos of your item, along with a full description of the issue. If we agree that the item you received was damaged or defective, we will issue a refund and determine necessary steps to get you a corrected item. 

Do not send any item back to us without contacting us first. If we receive something that was not approved to send back, we will be unable to process your request. 

To Cancel an Order:

If you placed an order and wish to cancel or make a change, please email agaveswim@gmail.com within 8 hours of ordering. After this time, we cannot guarantee that any cancellations or change requests can be processed.  

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Agave Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We personally hand deliver each and every item to the post office to ensure our part is fulfilled. If a package says delivered and is not, please check with neighbors or give it another day. Sometimes, the post office data can be incorrect and chances are, it is going to show up within a day or two.
